We were chosen due to our ability to understand exacting requirements, being able to deliver advice as well as technical solutions in very short time-scales, staying on budget and our reputation for working transparently and confidentially.

The challenge of this project was firstly to identify all the disparate paper documentation sources and then to design a coherent data collection and compilation methodology that would support the defence.

We developed a database system to store the data and organised the entry of all the thousands of data elements from paper documentation, receipts and activity logs into the system. We had to maintain all the databases remotely, allowing updates for new requirements to occur overnight in time for Court appearances the following day.

This was a particularly complex case that resulted in a satisfactory outcome for the client which was, in part, due to the provision of accurate evidence at short notice.
