This company is a global corporation that prides itself on safety and the reduction of safety incidents.

They asked us to help them compile the entire safety incident reporting data in such a way as to produce a global standard for the information, so that it could be complied with easily and reported to the Board in a quick, accurate and simple way.

This involved working with them to define the data sets and data dimensions to collect, then we designed a collection and compilation process.

Finally, we developed an automated way to produce PowerPoint slides of the Key Performance Indicators, so that they could be copied and pasted into standard presentations given at Board level.

This resulted in a uniform and accurate reporting system that saved the client time in collecting, collating and formatting data.
